MA Gun Law
Are You Aware that Anyone Under 18 yo with an FID Can NOT Possess a BB/Pellet Gun without an Adult Present?
08/26/2013 Little known factoid:

FID holder under 18 yo can possess a low capacity rifle/shotgun alone, but can not possess a BB/Pellet gun anyplace where the public has access without an adult present!

We spend a lot of time clarifying these fine points of law in the MA Gun Law Seminars.

Inheritance
07/20/2012 Did you know that both MA and Federal Laws allow direct transfer of firearms (including handguns not "approved" for MA) across state lines WITHOUT using FFLs from the executor/executrix of an estate to the heir?

However, UPS and FedEx policies (relatively new?) may make this very difficult to do for handguns!

Attend a MA Gun Law Seminar and learn the details!

MA Legal Differences Between Storage and Transportation
07/11/2012 Are you aware that there are major differences in the two laws that dictate what is LEGAL for storage of firearms vs. what is LEGAL for transportation of firearms?

We spend a lot of time clarifying these fine points of law in the MA Gun Law Seminars.

04/20/2013 08:51:03 This was an excellent seminar which covered exactly what was advertised. Len is a real master of this area who transmits the knowledge in an easy and effective fashion. My knowledge on MA. Gun Laws was very limited before taking the seminar. This seminar was an eye opener and I recommend it for anyone considering getting their permit in MA. I just recieved my Class A LTC this week and will be using all I learned.

Len offers clear guidance on the perspective of law enforcement, judicial, political, and gun owner interests as it pertains to the Massachusetts Gun Laws. The poorly constructed patchwork of legislation and regulation by multiple agencies of the state has resulted in a morass of conflicting principles only guaranteed to confuse and often times convict even those law abiding citizens making every reasonable effort to comply. Every gun owner needs this knowledge. Every citizen should be aware how easy it is to run afoul of enforcement without intent and become a convicted felon in the process. Recent unilateral actions by the State Attorney General demonstrates how simple the process in Massachusetts remains to place ordinary citizens in jeopardy of unreasonable felony charges without review or redress. You will learn what you didn't know will get you put in prison even if you own no firearms at all.

I am an area gunsmith and firearms industry professional, and as such I took a lot of time and did a lot of research when selecting a firearms instructor. Len was the first name I found everywhere I looked and from everyone I asked, and boy were they right.
My girlfriend recently changed her every day carry style from snub nosed revolvers to 1911 style handguns. Over the month of August, we both attended Len's Defensive Pistol 101 & 102 classes. Our intent was to become more familiar with the new platform, and to learn some new drills. We shot over 1k rounds combined in two days of instruction, and I could not be more pleased with both of the classes. I am a combat veteran and former Marine, and I still learned a TON of technique, confidence, and legal info from Len's training. My girlfriend is now much more comfortable, accurate, and safe with her new firearms. I would highly recommend Len to anyone looking to get into shooting, get better at shooting, or understand the MA system of firearms ownership. His instruction and professionalism are unmatched.

Thank you Len for all you do to make my having fun easier.

Between your law seminar and personal advice I am well set for shooting sports in the Commonwealth of "Confuse the Citizen" and not likely to become a test case.
Just received my C&R License to accompany my LTC-A unrestricted. Your council and teaching made this possible.

You should offer a subscription service to encourage people to stay current. Taking the law seminar a second time 6 months later was very rewarding indeed.
