The following applies to holders of a Federal C&R FFL transferring multiple C&R guns to the same person.
Found in the ATF Newsletter of December 2002: https://www.atf.gov/firearms/docs/newsletter/federal-firearms-licensees-newsletter-december-2002/download Q.I sold two curio or relic handguns from my collection to my next-door neighbor this morning. As a licensed collector of curios or relics, am I required to prepare and submit an ATF Form 3310.4, Report of Multiple Sales or Other Disposition of Handguns? A.Yes, you must prepare and submit an ATF Form 3310.4 by the close of the business day on which the multiple sale or other disposition occurred. The Gun Control Act of 1968 (GCA), as amended, mandates that all Federal firearms licensees, including licensed collectors, to file such reports as required.

At long last the clubhouse at Mansfield Fish & Game Club is re-opened and all classroom training is held at the gun club.
The MA Gun Law Seminar can also be held at the gun club on a reasonably spontaneous basis as long as the building is available and I'm available. So if you suddenly become available and want to take the seminar, reach out to me via Email or the Contact form and we'll work it out. Additionally, I can take my Mass Gun Law Seminar "on the road" to your gun club for a flat-rate fee, just ask. Please consider donating to Comm2A (Commonwealth Second Amendment) each month. They are a 501C3 (donations are tax deductible) organization chartered to change our gun laws in Mass by suing cities/towns/the state in Federal Court. It is the only way that we'll ever see any significant positive changes in our gun laws for law-abiding people.
Check out what they are about (all volunteers running the group, none receive any money for their efforts) and the suits that they have filed to date here: http://www.comm2a.org/ MA Gun Law
Are You Aware that Anyone Under 18 yo with an FID Can NOT Possess a BB/Pellet Gun without an Adult Present? 08/26/2013 Little known factoid: FID holder under 18 yo can possess a low capacity rifle/shotgun alone, but can not possess a BB/Pellet gun anyplace where the public has access without an adult present! We spend a lot of time clarifying these fine points of law in the MA Gun Law Seminars. Inheritance 07/20/2012 Did you know that both MA and Federal Laws allow direct transfer of firearms (including handguns not "approved" for MA) across state lines WITHOUT using FFLs from the executor/executrix of an estate to the heir? However, UPS and FedEx policies (relatively new?) may make this very difficult to do for handguns! Attend a MA Gun Law Seminar and learn the details! MA Legal Differences Between Storage and Transportation 07/11/2012 Are you aware that there are major differences in the two laws that dictate what is LEGAL for storage of firearms vs. what is LEGAL for transportation of firearms? We spend a lot of time clarifying these fine points of law in the MA Gun Law Seminars. ----------------------------------------------------------------------- What visitors had to say Jared 03/22/2015 06:47:21 Excellent seminar! Very informative, a must for gun owners in Mass. mike poirier 12/13/2014 01:15:07 cant wait John C, Caravello 10/07/2014 08:56:38 Excellent website. Gun ownership in Ma. is growing. Maybe the bad guys with guns will leave. Edwin Madera 04/20/2013 08:51:03 This was an excellent seminar which covered exactly what was advertised. Len is a real master of this area who transmits the knowledge in an easy and effective fashion. My knowledge on MA. Gun Laws was very limited before taking the seminar. This seminar was an eye opener and I recommend it for anyone considering getting their permit in MA. I just recieved my Class A LTC this week and will be using all I learned. _______________________________________________________ |
